I had the pleasure of talking with David Ades for the WestWords Poetâs Corner podcast.
We chatted on the theme of âUnruly poems (ones that defy convention through structure, language, and themes)â and explored gender acceptance, discrimination, and identity, among many other things. A wonderful chat!

Last night at the launch of Exactly As I Am, I asked the audience to help me write a new poem Mad Libs style and it was the most hilarious, wonderful, heartfelt time!
The result is this poem about queerness, community and birds, which Iâm so proud to be launching today on International Non-Binary Peopleâs Day.
