- In 2020 I facilitated a series of five workshops called Let’s Talk Stories for the Hunter Gender Alliance (HGA), as well as a poetry workshop at their 2019 conference.
A word from HGA: ‘We had the privilege to work with Rae at the Our Lives Conference in 2019. We were struck by Rae’s compassion and professionalism – and the fact that there were 20+ people in their room, writing poetry and enjoying it.’
- In 2021 I facilitated a series of six workshops on poetry for Open Doors Youth Service.
‘Rae was a sensitive, insightful and fun facilitator. They are engaged and engaging; and absolutely made all participants feel comfortable. Their ability to work with a diversity of young people and our brief was nothing at all like school; it was really amazing.’ – Teddy McDiarmid, Open Doors Youth Service (ODYS).
